DEACTIVATION POLICY:
Although we are sad to see you go we do not believe in charging you a cancellation fee to exit your membership. So we have a simple 30-day request policy to deactivate any and all memberships.
Upon initiation of your 30 Day deactivation request form, your account will be billed one final time on the normal processing date.
LUX DOES NOT PRORATE MEMBERSHIP/MONTHLY PAYMENTS
Example:
- It’s January 1st. You are normally billed on the 1st of the month. You submit your deactivation request form on the 29th of January to deactivate your account. You will be billed for the last time on the 1st of February.
- If your request was submitted on January 2nd you will still be billed for the last time on the 1st of February.
