• Max use 2 sessions per day, Max use 8 sprays per month
• Not shareable
• Must be active for 1 full month before you can cancel
• Cannot have a current membership, nor a membership within the past 60 days
• One per client
• Must come in and sign membership agreement within 3 days to set up your Membership Account
• A 1-time $20 set up fee will be added to your order per credit card
